Abide by the law



When using crowdfunding services, the user agrees to abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "China"), including but not limited to the constitution of the people's Republic of China, the contract law of the people's Republic of China, the telecommunication regulations of the people's Republic of China, the measures for the administration of Internet information services, the provisions for the administration of Internet electronic announcement services, the law of the people's Republic of China on the protection of state secrets The decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on safeguarding Internet security, the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the security protection of computer information systems, the administrative measures for the security protection of computer information networks and international networks, the copyright law of the people's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, and the administrative measures for the protection of Internet copyright. User account, password and security



Users should provide timely, detailed and accurate personal data, and constantly update the personal data provided at the time of registration to keep them detailed and accurate. All data entered by users will be cited as registered data. Crowdfunding will not be responsible for the problems, disputes and consequences caused by the untruthfulness of the registration information submitted by users or the failure to accurately change the information in time. Users shall not transfer, lend or inform others of their account numbers and passwords for use by others. If the user finds that the account is illegally used by others, he should immediately notify crowdfunding. Crowdfunding does not assume any responsibility for the illegal use of accounts and passwords by others due to hacking or negligence of users.



Privacy policy



The registration information provided by the user and all the data of the user retained by crowdfunding will be regulated by the relevant laws and regulations of China and the privacy policy of crowdfunding. The privacy policy constitutes an integral part of this agreement.



Upload content



Text, files, images, photos, videos, sounds, music, other creative works or any other materials (hereinafter referred to as "content", including photos, sounds, videos, etc. that users upload, post and send (via email or any other means) through the services provided by any crowdfunding network shall be the responsibility of users and content providers whether they are publicly or privately disseminated, Crowdfunding does not guarantee the correctness, completeness or quality of such content. When users use crowdfunding services, they may come into contact with unpleasant, inappropriate or disgusting content. Users need to make their own judgments before accepting the services. Under no circumstances will crowdfunding be responsible for any content (including but not limited to errors, omissions, inaccuracies or untruths of any content), nor for any loss or damage arising from the content uploaded, posted or sent (via email or any other means) through crowdfunding services. User behavior



When using crowdfunding services, users must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China. Users guarantee that they will not use crowdfunding services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:



Upload, display, post or otherwise disseminate information containing one of the following contents:

Opposing the basic principles of the Constitution and other laws;

Endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;

Harming national honor and interests;

Inciting national hatred, national discrimination and undermining national unity;

Those who undermine the state's religious policies and propagate cults and feudal Superstitions;

Spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime;

Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;

Contains other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally effective norms;

Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;

Other acts endangering the security of computer information networks.



If a user violates any of the above provisions when using the network service, crowdfunding or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures (including but not limited to changing, deleting relevant content, suspending or terminating the use of crowdfunding services by relevant users) to mitigate and eliminate the impact caused by the user's improper behavior.



Users shall not copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part or all of the crowdfunding services or any form of information obtained through crowdfunding for any other commercial purposes.



Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions in the process of using crowdfunding services. The forms for users to bear legal liability include but are not limited to: stopping the infringement, publicly apologizing to the infringed, restoring the reputation of the infringed, and compensating the infringed. If the crowdfunding website is subject to administrative punishment or bears any form of tort liability for damages due to the illegal or improper behavior of a user, the user shall compensate the crowdfunding website (not less than the amount that the crowdfunding website compensates to a third party) and publicly apologize to the crowdfunding website through national media.



Intellectual property and other legal rights and interests (including but not limited to reputation, goodwill, etc.)

After the user publishes the content to the crowdfunding service, the user will continue to enjoy the rights to the content and have the right to choose an appropriate way to use the content. The crowdfunding service includes the content provided by crowdfunding, including the content of users and other crowdfunding licensors (hereinafter referred to as "crowdfunding content"). The content of crowdfunding is protected by the copyright law of the people's Republic of China, the Trademark Law of the people's Republic of China, the patent law of the people's Republic of China, the Anti Unfair Competition Law of the people's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. Special warning for international use



Users have understood the borderless nature of the Internet and agree to abide by all laws and regulations on online behavior and content. Project fundraising



It is a platform for users (i.e. "project sponsors") to raise funds from supporters by providing returns. Crowdfunding reserves the right to cancel the project at any time for any reason.

Crowdfunding has the right to reject, cancel, interrupt, delete or suspend the project at any time for any reason. Crowdfunding will not bear any compensation for this behavior. Crowdfunding's policy is not a reason to comment on such behavior.

There may be delays between project success and obtaining payment.



It will not bear any relevant return or loss or loss arising from the use of the service. Crowdfunding has no obligation to intervene in any dispute between users or between users and other third parties in the use of services. Including but not limited to the delivery of goods and services, other terms, conditions, warranties or related statements related to website activities. Crowdfunding is not responsible for supervising the realization and strict implementation of the project. Fees and payments

General measures for use and storage



The user acknowledges that crowdfunding has the right to formulate general measures and restrictions on the use of the service, including but not limited to the maximum retention period for the crowdfunding service to retain the user's email information, the content posted by the user or other uploaded content, the maximum number of information that can be sent and received by a user account, the size of single information that can be sent and received by the user account, the maximum disk space allocated by the crowdfunding server to the user, And the upper limit of the number of times users use crowdfunding services (and the upper limit of each use time) within a certain period. Modification of services

Termination of service



The user agrees that crowdfunding can unilaterally judge and decide that if the user violates this use agreement or the user fails to use his account for a long time, crowdfunding can terminate the use of the user's password, account or some services, and can remove or delete any content retained by the user in the crowdfunding service. Crowdfunding can also, based on its own considerations, terminate some or all of the services for the user at any time with or without notice. The user understands and agrees that in accordance with this use agreement, crowdfunding can immediately close or delete the user's account and all relevant information and documents in the account when it finds any inappropriate content without prior notice, and temporarily or permanently prohibit the user from continuing to use the aforementioned documents or accounts.



Transactions with advertisers



Any form of communication or business dealings between the user and the advertiser through crowdfunding services, or participation in promotional activities (including payment and delivery of relevant goods or services), as well as any other terms, conditions, guarantees or statements reached, are entirely the behavior between the user and the advertiser. In addition to the explicit provisions of relevant laws and regulations requiring crowdfunding to assume responsibility, users shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by users due to any of the foregoing transactions and communications.

Prohibited commercial activities

Exclusive rights of crowdfunding

Limitation of liability

General terms

Crowdfunding's failure to exercise or enforce any rights set and granted in this use agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights.



Any provision in this use agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of the people's Republic of China, and the validity of other provisions will not be affected.



The title of this use agreement is only for the convenience of the supplier. In case of any conflict with the content of the agreement, the content of the agreement shall prevail.
