The following are the basic requirements for crowdfunding website publishing projects. Unqualified projects will be rejected or deleted. If you have any questions, you can contact us by email or phone.
Note: some specifications will be updated or adjusted over time, which will cause some old projects not to fully comply with the latest specifications.
Project release team qualification:
(at least one member of the team must meet the following conditions)
Over 18 years old;
Citizens of the people's Republic of China or law-abiding citizens of the sponsor country;
Have a bank card or Alipay or TenPay account that can receive RMB remittance in China;
Provide necessary identity authentication and qualification authentication, which may include but not limited to: ID card, passport, education certificate, etc. according to the project content;
Other necessary conditions related to project release, execution demand and channel sales.
Project release:
According to relevant laws and regulations, the project release application must be reviewed by the staff of the crowdfunding website before it can be released;
According to the content of the project, the crowdfunding website will require the project release team to provide relevant materials to prove the feasibility of the project and the execution ability of the project release team;
The crowdfunding website has the final decision on whether the project submitted for online review has online qualification;

During the online pre-sale period of the crowdfunding website, the project cannot be released simultaneously on other similar platforms in Chinese Mainland (including but not limited to crowdfunding websites, e-commerce websites, and other forms of online stores). Once it is found, it will be offline immediately, and the amount obtained during the online period of the project will be immediately returned to the account of the booking user on the crowdfunding website.



Project content specifications (items that do not meet the following content specifications will be returned):



1. Only projects that have not been officially released are allowed to be launched on the crowdfunding website. Before the crowdfunding website goes online, the project cannot be released on other similar platforms in Chinese Mainland (including but not limited to crowdfunding websites, e-commerce websites, and other forms of online stores) or media.

2. The project must be an intelligent project. The definition of intelligent project is: the equipment must be able to collect data, link with the network, and provide automatic services. Non intelligent projects with a simple sense of design cannot pass the review for the time being.

3. The project publisher must provide bug free physical trial production prototype before the project goes online, and the crowdfunding website staff will conduct blind test to ensure that there are no problems before the project goes online.

4. The project content introduction framework must include "project introduction", "Team Introduction", "R & D progress" and other important sections.

5. The software and hardware design of the project must be complete, reasonable and feasible; It has complete planning and execution ability, and pictures and videos cannot be borrowed or stolen from content not taken by itself.

6. The project release team must have a clear production plan and after-sales service plan. Projects that are not sure whether they will be mass-produced or not and do not meet the standards released for the first time cannot be launched.

7. The projects submitted must meet the following categories: medical and health, home life, travel positioning, audio-visual entertainment, scientific and technological peripherals, space exploration, and cutting-edge technology.

8. The following categories of items or content will not be allowed to be published here or as an additional return to subscription users:



Tobacco and alcohol related

Related to bath, beauty or makeup items

Drugs, substances similar to drugs, drug use tools, cigarettes, etc

Guns, weapons and knives

Nutrition supplement related

Pornography, health care and sexual goods

Real estate related

Diet related

Financial incentives (ownership, profit share, repayment of loans, etc.)

Related to multi-level direct selling and pyramid selling

Objectionable content (hate speech, inappropriate content, etc.)

Projects supporting or opposing political parties

Projects to promote or beautify violence

Related to prizes, lotteries and sweepstakes

Additional returns in the form of equity, bonds, dividends and interest

Additional return unrelated to the initial project

Take other unfeasible and unreasonable commitments as additional return

Reporting and recommendation criteria:



Report: it does not conform to the project content specification

Qualified: conforming to the project content specification

Recommendation: it is considered as recommended if it is qualified and meets any 1-3 (including 3) of the following standards

Highly recommended: it is considered highly recommended if it is qualified and meets any 3 or more of the following standards

1. The project positioning is clear, the functions are logical, complete and clear, the team has complete planning and control ability for R & D and production, and there are relevant pictures and videos (pictures and videos cannot be borrowed or stolen from people who are not taken by me / the company)

2. The project conforms to the current trend, has hot spots and is communicable

3. The project itself is creative and innovative; Non copycat, plagiarism and following the trend; There are no similar projects in the market

4. The project has a good sense of design, quality and meets the requirements of the public's aesthetic preferences

5. The project release team has certain promotion channels, media resources, or certain influence on the public platform

6. The topic operation ability of the project release team is outstanding, and the interaction with fans is positive, which can arouse the interest and participation of netizens
